I spent most of my life stuck in the same patterns, relying on willpower but constantly self-sabotaging. Two failed marriages and a decade of self-improvement taught me lessons – but I was still struggling and wishing for a reliable system.
The breakthrough came when I realized I was trying to change my actions without embodying the kind of man I needed to become. So I stripped away what wasn't working, identified my "possible self" – the man who naturally achieves my goals – and defined his habits, values, and non-negotiables. Then I built from the ground up. Discipline became automatic. And I was no longer forcing habits – they became part of who I am.
Then I built a teachable system to match my carpentry background: Foundation, Frame, and Finish – which is what I use to help men rebuild their identities from the ground up.
I believe better men make a better world, and I'm passionate about helping men transform themselves for the greater good.
