Cancellation Policy

At Woodmill Coaching, we value your time and commitment, and we understand that life happens. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we ask that you please review and respect the following cancellation policy for our 10-week program booked online. No Risk Policy: - We offer a full money-back guarantee. If, after the first session, you decide the program isn't the right fit, contact us at chris@woodmillcoaching.com within 7 days and we'll refund you in full. Cancellations and Rescheduling: - Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. - Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled. - If you need to reschedule, please use the online booking system or contact us directly via email as soon as possible. No-Shows: - If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and the session will be forfeited. Late Arrivals: - If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect our schedule and other clients. - No refunds or extensions will be provided for late arrivals. Emergency Exceptions: - We understand that emergencies happen. In the case of illness, accident, or other unforeseen events, please reach out directly. - Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Woodmill Coaching.
